Responsibilities

  • Manage trade operations: Analyze data, ensure compliance, oversee verification, confirmations, execution monitoring, settlements, and discrepancy resolution for ongoing process improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Alignment: Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency and Risk Management: Optimize processes, allocate resources, assess capacity, and manage operational risks for seamless business continuity.
  • Process Standardization and Oversight: Creating comprehensive process documentation, ensuring consistency, and monitoring adherence to maintain standardized workflows.
  • Drive improvement: Implement ongoing enhancements, coordinate tasks, and establish KPIs for measuring and boosting process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Holistic Operational Connectivity: Ensure seamless operations through cross-departmental coordination, vendor management, client communication, stakeholder engagement, and insightful reporting for informed decision-making.

Skills/Experience

  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Operations or Money Broker positions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools for smooth operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with an extra language as a bonus.
  • Customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills. Plus, you can negotiate, ensure quality, lead teams, and adapt to changes!
